Yes! Click the logo upload area on the left side of the invoice form and select your image file (PNG or JPG). Your logo will appear on the downloaded PDF automatically.

Click the "+ Add Item" button below the items table to add as many line items as you need. Each item has its own description, quantity, and rate — totals calculate automatically.

Yes. Enter your tax percentage in the Tax/VAT % field in the totals section. The tax is automatically calculated and shown as a separate line item on your invoice and PDF.

Yes. Enter the discount percentage in the Discount % field. The discount applies to the subtotal before tax is calculated, and is shown as a separate line on the invoice.

Use the "Bank / Payment Details" field at the bottom left of the form. Add your bank account number, IBAN, PayPal email, UPI ID, or any other payment method. This appears clearly on the PDF.

Absolutely! INR, PKR, and AED are all supported. Invoice Generate is used by freelancers across India, Pakistan, UAE, UK, USA, Australia and many more countries.

In the items table, enter your service description (e.g. "Web Design — 10 hours"), set Qty as number of hours, and Rate as your hourly rate. The total calculates automatically.

For most freelance work, Net 15 or Due on Receipt is recommended. Add your terms in the Notes field, for example: "Payment due within 15 days of invoice date."

Download the PDF and attach it to an email to your client. You can use Gmail, Outlook, or any email service. Direct sending from the tool is not currently available, but your PDF is ready to attach and send.
